Project Manager
Responsible for scheduling meetings
Stirs the conversation for deliberation of the task & delegation of duties
Conducts regular check-ins with team members
Secretary
Responsible for taking notes during meetings
Sends resolutions of the meeting to all members
Handles general communication around meetings
Editor
Compiles and double-checks the final product
Makes necessary revisions or formatting changes
Reviews work on the day the assignment is due, or the day before
Submits the final product on Carmen Canvas to ensure timely delivery
Ad-Hoc Roles
Additional roles may be assigned depending on the project/task

Meeting Schedule
Meetings planned weekly by Sunday night of the preceding week
Weekly working meetings Tuesdays 3-4:30pm (or more frequently when necessary)
Virtual meetings Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm

Meeting Structure
Start major projects with a brainstorm and research meeting within a week of exposition
Begin each project with 15-20 minutes of brainstorming and/or researching
Weekly check-ins with every team member for progress updates, challenges, and questions
Meeting Accountability
Hold each other accountable for assigned tasks
Only permit a one-week delay in getting assigned tasks complete
All work must be completed at least 24 hours before deadline for group review
